    Straight to the point, “Nutrition is Simple.”  Humans are genetically programmed to be healthy and when we do the right things we will be healthy.  In today’s fast-paced society everyone wants the quick-fix or the “magic pill” so to speak.  The thing is, if we simply eat correctly (organic fruits, vegetables, and meat) we can acquire almost all the nutrition our bodies demand for optimal function.  Unfortunately, environmental pollution has depleted our common food sources from 2 essentials that we must have to function properly: Omega-3 Fish Oil and Probiotics.  Today it is not even arguable that unless you are supplementing with Omega-3 Fish Oil and Probiotics you are deficient in both.

    Pesticides and herbicides along with the consumption of sugars, grains, antibiotics and other prescription drugs have depleted our source of probiotics so much that we now consume about one-millionth of the required amount on a daily basis.  These healthy probiotic bacteria are necessary to protect ourselves from illness and for the proper function of our digestive system and overall health.  A deficiency in probiotics is implicated as a casual factor in an alarming number of preventable illnesses from infancy to old age.

    Similarly, deficiencies in EPA/DHA Omega-3 Fatty Acids have been linked to numerous severe illnesses in: Children (development, learning, and behavioral problems such as ADHD), Teens and Adults (breast, colon, and prostate cancers, heart disease, strokes, diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, depression, skin disorders, and digestive disorders like ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease), and Elderly (arthritis, osteoporosis, and Alzheimer’s).  To our dismay, mercury, dioxins, and other pollutants have made even our wild fish oil sources toxic and unfortunately we cannot acquire the essential EPA and DHA from vegetable sources like flax. EPA and DHA Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for proper cell function and for health.  They are also the main components of brain neurons and all cell membranes.  Thus, it is no wonder to find that over half of healthy human breast milk is DHA.  Think about that one for a while and you will understand just how important Omega-3 Fish Oil is for your health and your family’s.
