Human development begins in the mother’s womb with the creation of the nervous system.  It is the nervous system that is the key to living a healthy life and in order to have a properly functioning nervous system, your body demands certain things.

First of all, you must provide it with the essential nourishment.  Just as your muscles need protein and your bones need calcium, your nervous system needs essential fatty acids (EPA/DHA Omega-3 Fish Oils).  The only way for a fetus or baby to get this essential nutrient is through its mother.  EPA/DHA Omega-3 Fish Oils are so important that over half of healthy human breast milk is composed of DHA.  Furthermore, EPA/DHA Omega-3 Fish Oils are the main component of brain neurons and all cell membranes.

A nervous system must also be free from interference in order to develop properly.  In other words, a baby/child must be given the chance to allow his/her body to fully express itself.  If you have ever witnessed a birth, you know what I’m talking about when I say that a baby undergoes a very traumatic event when he/she comes into this world.  YES, a baby has a spine too and it is very important that this spine is in alignment, free from interference and working properly so that he/she can develop into a healthy human being.

To many people their family is their life.  I am blessed with my family and I am no exception to the previous statement.  As a Chiropractor, I understand what is required to live a healthy life and this is why my entire family gets Chiropractic care.  Every single member also takes the EPA/DHA Omega-3 (Link to it) essential fatty acids I sell at the office because it is absolutely imperative for a properly functioning nervous system.
